Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:

• Using our online services – Patient Access via the link at the top of this page
• Completing the 'Request Repeat Prescriptions' form below
• In person or by post

For safety reasons, we do not take orders over the phone.

Please allow 3 full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to consult with a pharmacist, a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications. The notification date should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions. If you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due, you will need to fill out our Medication Review Form below.
